In the midst of battle
I stop time
step out of my body
into yours
Looking through your eyes
I see everything differently
my certainty becomes uncertain
my sight no longer clear
It is not as I thought it was
For through your eyes
I see another view
I understand the challenges
that I did not even know

Two views
are of greater value than one
I step back into my body now
and restart time
we need not battle again
