... to my virtual home where each ‘room’ symbolises a different element of my journey in this adventure called life.
In the first room, The Athenaeum, are my blog posts, articles, commentary and reflections upon different aspects of psychology and spirituality. As I continue to study towards my PhD in Integral and Transpersonal Psychology, I incorporate my understanding and questions as well as reflecting upon the work of inspirational writers and speakers in the spirituality and psychology fields. This is the room of wisdom and searching.
In the next room, The Nursery, I share a series of light hearted anecdotes of life with my four children, my parental notes of how to do – or not do things. I have used the names from one of my favourite film series, Star Wars, to represent each of the kids. Princess Leia is dear daughter 1, Hans Solo my dear son 2, Yoda is dear son 3 and R2D2 is dear son 4. This is the room of presence and growth.
In the penultimate room, The Sanctuary, you will find a selection of my poetry. This is the room of love and essence.
In the final room, you will meet as The Contemplative Coach, this is my life coaching practice where I use the tools of psychosynthesis psychology with the healing power of story telling and poetry. This is the room of reflection and companionship.
